Hello! You're holding a deck of question cards to help start a conversation with yourself or the people close to you. Each section has its own purpose, making the questions useful in many different situations. To make the deck easier to use, the cards are grouped by theme, with matching illustrations on the back:

What matters

Answer honestly and openly

Approach your answers with an open mind. The aim is not to give perfect answers, but to become sincerely aware of your thoughts and feelings.

Use your answers as a starting point for change

Reflect on your answers and consider what you could put into practice or improve in your life.

Active listening

Receive other people's answers without judgement or pressure. Try to see the other person beyond your own experience or opinions.
