Evening reflection

These questions help you make sense of the day and draw lessons for further growth and self-understanding. They encourage reflection, let you bring the day to a mindful close, recall its positive moments and learn from what you have experienced. The questions prompt you to notice the good, feel more joy and gradually improve the “lens” through which you see the world.
Intended effect:
you begin to recognise patterns in your actions and take charge of them.
The ideal time to practise is at the end of the day, as you are getting ready for bed, in a quiet, peaceful setting. Creating a warm, enveloping atmosphere is especially helpful. After answering the questions, you can naturally move on to setting an intention for the next day, then close your eyes. A written practice is recommended. The benefits of working with this section build and grow with regular use.
